We hope staying healthy. We think it is difficult, but so easy. I have some idea to staying healthy.
First, we have to eat much kind of foods. Some foods have good nourishment. It makes us be strong body.
Second, we have to sleep long time. If we sleep a few, our body is easy to tire. It is very danger.
Third, we have to exercise moderately. If we don’t move our body, our muscle may week and week. I think continue to exercise is difficult, so we find exercise what suit you.
Finally, it is most important that you think you hope staying healthy yourself.
