In my opinion, it is important for us to keep slim body. If we have fat body, it is not good for health. However, I think eating a vegetarian diet is not good for our body.
First, vegetables have a few calories. We need energy for live, but you can’t get enough energy from vegetables.
Second, you can’t get many kind of nutrient if you only eat vegetables. I think we have to moderately take many kind of nutrient, so you have to eat some meat, bread, milk, and so on. It is important for us to think about nutritional balance.
